Brown Director of Community Planning RE: 2225 Coquitiam Avenue Development Variance Permit (File No. 43/88) RECOMMENDATION: That the Clerk's Office be directed to inform surrounding property owners about this application and to place the resolution below on a subsequent agenda of City Council. That City Council adopt a resolution to grant a cevelopment variance permit to Lots 23 and 24, Block 5, Del. 464, NWLD 1897, relaxing the requirements of the Zoning Bylaw No. 2240, Section 905, CS-1 Zone, Subsection (5), Rear Yard Requirements, from 1.5 metres to 0. COMMENTS: This application is to construct an addition onto the rear of the Superior Sign Building. Purpose of the addition jis to provide a secondary building for the business that meets the Fire Code separation for painting.
