THE CORPORATION OF THE CITY OF PORT COQUITLAM BYLAW NO. 2346 A Bylaw to amend the "Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1987, No. 2240" The Municipal Council of the Corporation of the City of Port Coguitlam, in open meeting assembled, enacts as follows: 1. That certain parcel of land situated in Port Coguitlam, British Columbia which is more particularly described as: Lot "B" and Lots 3, 4, 5, and 6 Block 31 District Lot 464 Group One Plan 2240 New Westminster District is hereby rezoned from RM-1 (Low Density Apartment) to RM~4 (Apartment) and the Zoning Map of the "Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1987, No. 2240" is hereby amended to reflect this rezoning. This Bylaw may be cited for all purposes as "Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1987, No. 2240, Amendment Bylaw, 1988, No. 2346". Read a first time by the Municipal Council this 21st day of March, 1988.
