A regutar meeting of the Municipal Council of The Corporation of the
City of Port Coquitlam was heid in the Council t Chamber, Port Coquittiam
City Hali on Monday, February 3rd, 1986 at 7:30 pom.

His Worship Mayor L.M, Traboulay, Aldermen M.C, Farnworth, M.D,
Gates, J.J, Keryluk, G.R. Laking, W.W. Stewart and M.R. Wright in
attendance.

Also in attendance were City Administrator B.R. Kirk, City Clerk
R.A. Freeman, Director of Commun ity Planning W. Brown and Parks &
Recreation Director K.J. Taylor.

27th, 1986, be taken as read and adopted.

Alderman Wright introduced a Bylaw to adopt a Community Plan’ of! The

Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam as an Official, Community. Plan.

That Bylaw No. 2162 be read a first time.

Carried.

Air.

That the Environmental! Protection Committee, In cooperation with the
Simon Fraser Health Unit, be directed to consider the desirability and
the form and content of a Clean Indoor Air and Smoking Regulation Bylaw
for the City of Port Coquitlam.

Carried.
Alderman Laking voted
against the resolution.
