Further imposing our theme - The Eye of Understanding - our
overall Festival will be Organized in such a manner that our
Native Youth wil} learn the medern day techniques in-the Field
of Architectual Design by and under the guidance of Architects
and the Architectual Institute of B.C.

In conclusion, taking into consideration the Legalities
concerning our Festival, primarily regarding Policing,
Licencesing, Safety in Crowd Control, Sanitary and Health
measures, Genera] Guide Information along with Emer gency
Services, our Native Youth will learn the furdumentals of all

_8reas of Legalities concerning Youth by and under the inf-luence

of the Law Faculty of the University of British Columbia.

Finally and foremost the Educational! Gain by our Native Youth
