fireworks display on Octeber 31st, 1983, on George Pearkes Soccer
Field;

AND THAT the Port Coquitlam Fire Department personnel ignite the
fireworks.

crosswalk - Pitt River Road/Columbia.

That the existing crosswalk at Pitt River Road and Columbia Avenue
be maintained in its present location.

on Westminster Avenue at Maxwell! Place.

That the City install a crosswalk across Westminster Avenue at
Maxwel! Place for access to the James Park Elementary School provided
that the principal maintains a schcol patro! at the crosswalk.
