BYLAW NO. 1933

A Bylaw to amend the "City of Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1979, No.
1651". ; .

The Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam
in open meeting assembled, enacts as follows:

1. That certain parcel of land situated in Pert Coquitlam, British
Columbia which is more particularly described as:

Lots 2 and 3

Block "J"

District Lot 289

Group One

Plan 2076

New Westminster District

is hereby rezoned from RS-1 to RT-1 and the Zoning Map of “The Corporation
of the City of Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1979, No. 1651" is hereby
amended to reflect this rezoning.

2. This Bylaw may be cited for all purposes as the "City of Port Coquitlam
Zoning Bylaw, 1979, No. 1651, Amendment Bylaw, 1982, No. 1933".

Read a first time by the Municipal Council this Seventeenth day. of
January, 1983.

Read a second time by the Municipal Council this Seventeenth day oF
January, 1983.
