The Municipal Counctt of The Corperarion of the City of Port Coquitlam
will hold a Public Hearing dn the Counci] Chambers, Port Coquitlam Clty Hall,
2272 McAllister Avenue on Monday, September 21st, 1981 at 7:39 p-m., to consider
the following proposed by-law to amend the "City of Port Coquitlam Zoning By-Law,

1379, No. 1651",

By-law No. 1856: to rezone (a) Lots 45 and 46, Block 21, District

Lot 464, Group One, Plan 25551, New Westminster District; and
(b) Lots 32,33,34,35, Block 21, District Lot 464, Group One,
Plan 2363, Mew Westminster District;
from RU-2 to nMed,
This property has the civic addresses 2047, 2055 and 2063
Suffolk Avenue and it is expected that following completion of the rezoning
Procedures a 4]. unit apartment complex will be constructed on the property.

A copy of the Proposed By-law may be inspected in the Office of the

City Clerk, Port Coquitlam City Wall, at the address piven above, between the

hours of 8:30 a.m. to 12:00 noon and from 1:00 p.m. to 4:36 Pem., on working days,
September 10th, 1981 to Septenber 21st, 1981.

All persons who deon their interest in property affected by the proposad

by-law shall be afforded an opportunity tobe heard at the Public Hearing on matters
