BACKGROUND: The subject properties are presently zoned RS-1, :
but are within Phase 2 of the Northside Apartment
Plan. The site area is roughly one acre. The
proposed development will have 24 townhouse units
grouped in four clusters. Access to the, development.
will be via Coast Meridian.

RECOMMENDATION: The Committee recommends that this application
. be advanced to Public Hearing.
