The Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam
will hold a Public Hearing in the Council Chambers, Port Coquitlam City
Hall, 2272 McAllister Avenue on Monday, February 23rd, 1981 at 7:30 p.m.
_to consider the following proposed by-law to amend the "City of Port
Coquitlam Zoning By-law, 1979, No. 1651":

By-law No. 1800: te rezone Block 1 of Lot 290, Group 1, Map

1957, New Westminster District Save and Except part subdivided

under Plan 14657 and Save and Except part subdivided by Plan 33303,

from A-1 to RS-1

This property is located at 1925 Mary Hill Road and it is anticipated

that following completion of the rezoning procedures the northerly

portion of the property will be subdivided into ten singie family
residential lots with access to Shaughnessy Street via Stafford

“Avenue. The balance of’ the property is expected to be subdivided

at a later date.

A copy of the proposed By-law, and other relevant documents, may be
inspected in the Office of the City Clerk, Port Coquitlam City Hall, at
the address given above, between the hours of 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.™.,
‘on working days, February 12th, 1981 to February 23rd, 1981.

All persons who deem their interest in property affected by the

proposed by-law shall be afforded an opportunit, «o be heard at the

Public Hearing on matters contained in the By-law.
