proposed sub-dvision., Mr. Davies on Prairie, had finilar
requects granted when his Property was thus affected a few

years back,
We. would also like assurance that the Ppronosed road
which will border close to our property, will be curbed and

Kept an appropriate distance from our property and that it

will end an appropriate distance, with adequate blockades,

from our property line, thus insuring no cars will be backing

or driving througn the fence onto our property. We also do

not want our animals disturbed by the flow of traffic that a

sub-division will bring.

We would al.o like to know, who will be responsible for
keeping the brush, grass etc: cut on the strips of lend that
‘will be unoccupied and which border our property.

We would also like guarantees that the level of the land
will not be altered: and proper drainuge is insured so that we |

do not become a drainage field for the new sub-division and
if we do have problems following the completion of the sub-

division that the developers or city will take full responsibility .

for remedial action and compensation if necessary.

We feel that our requests are reasonable and will assure

the continuation of our present life style and at the same

time allow the Speculators to develop their holdings.
