ANL WHEREAS it is thougltdesirable to make an amendment to the said Land Use Contract; NO@ THEREFORE, the Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Post Coguitlan, in open meeting assembled, enacts as follows: The Council! of The Corporation of che City of Port Coquitlam is hereby autherized and empowered to enter into an amendnene to Land Use Contract No. 18 in the form and ce che extent set forth in "Land Use Contract No. 18 - 4cendsent Document” which is a Schedule hereto annexed and made part of this BFy-lav. 2. The saiz Lace Use Contract No. 18 = Amendment Document shall extend to and shall regulate the development and use of the lands described therein. 3. The siting details for Parcels "a", “BY, “Cc, ", and "E” shall be as shown on Appendix I of this document and not ag on Appendix II of Land Use Contract No. 18.
