_ The Port Cocuitlam Minor Hockey Association would like to
teke this opportunity to thenk you for alloyving us to hold ‘the
lst’ Annual Bantem tournament last March. We feel this tournament
was a mreat sucess and at this time would like to apply to hold |

the 2nd Annual tournament next year.

. This tournament will be run on the same formet as lest year
end the dates ve feel most suitable are: Merch 27 to April 1, 1978.
Ye woulda run the tournament in both rinks from the Tuesday, 28th
of Narch with the final mxames beings on Sat. the let of April.

We would need the facilities at the rink, rooms only, on the 27th
of Merch for settings un tournament headquarters.

We would appreciate hearing fr6m you soon regarding this matter
as their are many tesms aweitine the word as to whether the
tournament will be held again and many volunteers eager to start

work on the organization.
