During discussion Alderman Ranger noted that there seemed to be some discrepancy with regard to the policy requiring that rezoning and subdivision proposals be presented to a Public Information Meeting and Alderman Laking confirmed that a definite policy statement in this regard would be forthcoming from the Committee at an early date.
