BY-LAW NO. 1329

A By-law to authorize The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam
to enter into a lease agreement with Can-Arena Ads Inc,

The Municipal Council of The Corporation ef the City of Port
Coquitlam, in open meeting assembled, enacts as follows:
1. The Mayor and City Clerk of The Corporation of the City of Port
Coquitlam are hereby empowered to sign and enter into, on behalf of the City,
that certain lease agreement between The Corporation of the City of Port

Coquitlam and Can-Arena Ads Inc. wherein all those portions of each and both

arena buildings situate and to be situate in the City on Lot 104, District Lot

289, Group One, Plan 37752, New Westminster District, are leased to the said
Can-Arena Ads Inc. for the purpose of the placement and location of sign display

advertising only from the First day of September, 1974 until the First dav of

September, 1979 upon the terms and conditions set forth in the said lease

agreement annexed hereto and marked Schedule "A" to this By~law,

2. This By-law may be cited for all purposes as the "Can-Arena Ads Inc.
