Heroin usage is still quite predoninent, attested to hy the fact
thet we arrested a person totally unknown to us and found 36 capsules of
Heroin in bis possession. Two other traffickers who were responsible
for the distripution of a great deal of Heroin in. the Port Coquitlam and
Nadllardville areas vere arrested and are Presently before the Courts in
New Westninster and Vancouver, B.C. .

Of special interest during the month was the arrest of four

apparently suceessful businessmen, and the seizure of approximately

325 lbs. of Mzshish in the Port Coquitlam, B.C, arez, This investigation
was extent? over a two week peried, and during this time 16 to 20
Reskers, incluling. some from the New Westminster City Police and Port
_Hoory City lolice were utilized on an almost 24 hour day bosia, Aside
fron the fact the investigation vas successful, the co-onrr tion and
