Building Construction

1. Tne Land shall be used only fc. residential purposes, in
accordance with the City’s Zoning Bylaw 1887, No. 2240 (the
"Bylaw").

Withholding of Building Permit

2. The City may withhold a building permit for any building
proposed to be built on the Land unless the plans for the building

are in conpiiance with this Covenant.

Use of the Land

(a) The principal building on the Land shall only
contain one dwelling unit as defined in the
Bylaw for one-family residential use purposes
and shall not include a secondary suite or
auxiliary dwelling unit.

Every building or structure built on the Land
shall ke constructed substantially in
accordance with the Plan attached as Schedule
