A Bylaw to amend the “Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1987, No. 2240"

The Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam, in open meeting
assembled, enacts as follows:

i. That certain parcel of land situated in Port Coquitlam, British Columbia which is more
particularly described as:

Lots 29, 30, 31, and 32
District Lots 174 and 289
Group One

Plan 2080

New Westminster District

is hereby rezoned from RS-1 (Large Lot Residential) to RM-4 (Apartment) and the Zoning

Map of the “Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1987, No. 2240” is hereby amended to reflect
this rezoning.

This Bylaw may be cited for all purposes as "Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1987, No.
2240, Amendment Bylaw, 1992, No. 2685”.

Read a first time by the Municipal Council this Ist day of June, 1992.

Read a second time by the Municipal Council this Ist day of June, 1992.

Public Hearing held this 29th day of June, 1992.

Read a third time July 13th, 1992 - third reading rescinded March 15th, 1993.

Second Public Hearing held this 19th day of April, 1993.

Intent of the Bylaw:

To permit the construction of a 22 unit condominium apartment building (decreased from the 24
unit rental apartment building specified at the first Public Hearing held on June 29th, 1992).
