> 3 BSS eh gy a APR 19 1993 ARIAL A Bylaw to amend the “Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1987, No. 2240" The Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam, in open meeting assembled, enacts as follows: i. That certain parcel of land situated in Port Coquitlam, British Columbia which is more particularly described as: Lots 29, 30, 31, and 32 District Lots 174 and 289 Group One Plan 2080 New Westminster District is hereby rezoned from RS-1 (Large Lot Residential) to RM-4 (Apartment) and the Zoning Map of the “Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1987, No. 2240” is hereby amended to reflect this rezoning. This Bylaw may be cited for all purposes as "Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1987, No. 2240, Amendment Bylaw, 1992, No. 2685”. Read a first time by the Municipal Council this Ist day of June, 1992.
