That this application be approved to proceed for Rezoning from A-i (Agricultural) to RM-4 (Apartment) under Section 963 of the Municipal Act; and for amendment of the Official Community Plan designation from "Parks and Recreation" to "Apartment" subject to: a. Completion of a design to the satisfaction of the Director of Planning; Satisfaction of Engineering Department requirements; Submission of landscaping plans to the satisfaction of the Parks and Recreation Department; Satisfaction of Building Department concerns; The project being subject to 1993 rates for Development Cost Charges; Consolidation of the properties into one lot; The Downtown Development Permit Area being expanded to include the subject properties; Issuance of a Development Permit; Registration of a statutory Right-of-Way in favour of the City for the re-alignment of Pitt River Road, if required.
