Sale of City Property ~ 2300 Block Rindail Avenue and
2300 Block Pitt River Road

RESOLUTION:

"WHEREAS the lands hereinafter described are not required for municipal
purposes nor are they reserved or dedicated;

NOW THEREFORE be it resolved that:

1.

Lots 11 to 20, inclusive, Block 25, District Lots 170 and 289, Group
One, Pian 2080, New Westminster District, Port Coquitlam, B.C. and the
intervening lane be sold by tender if bids acceptable to Council are
received;

The City Clerk is hereby inetructed and authorized to publish and post
the “Real Property for Sale By Tender" notice appearing in the Agenda
documents of this Council Meeting;

The terms and conditions contained therein are hereby approved;

The City Clerk carry out the procedures set out therein;

Council reserves the right to accept any bid or to reject all of the
bids i£ Council in its absolute discretion determines that rejection
is appropriate.
