Further to our discussion on Tuesday, March 27, 1990 with Carlos
Felip and yourself, this letter is to advise you that the inclusion pa
of Lot 1 and 2, where our new Westwood Centre is located, could a
cause us financial difficulty, as certain representations were made pe
to our mortgage company with respect to the existing zoning.
Under these circumstances, I do not feel that your proposed 7 -
Mandatory Development Permit, Area Number Three, should include the po
properties owned by Westlo Financial Corp. at present. .
