A Bylaw to amend the “Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1987, No. 2240”

The Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam, in
Open meeting assembled, enacts as follows:

Those certain parcels of land situated in Port Coquitlam, British Columbia ;
which is more particularly described as:

Lots 7, 8 and 9,

District Lots 231, 232, and 384,

Group One

Plan 11613

New Westminster District .

are hereby rezoned from A-1 (Agricultural) to M-1 (General Industrial) and

the Zoning Map of the "Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1987, No. 2240” is
hereby amended to reflect this rezoning.
