January 15, 1989/009 BYLAWS : Moved by Alderman Keryluk: Seconded by Alderman Farnworth: oO ny see WHEREAS the "Official Community Plan Amendment Bylaw No. S, 1987, No. 2314 received first two readings on October 10th, 1987; AND WHEREAS the Council has, since that date, considered the proposed amendment to the Official Community Plan in conjunction with the City's most recent Capital Expenditure Program; AND WHEREAS tne Council has, since that date, considered the proposed amendment to the Official Community Plaa in conjunction with the Economic Strategy Plan entitled "Port Coquitlam Industrial Development Strategy"; AND WHEREAS no applicable Waste Management Plan exists for consideration; AND WHEREAS the required statutory procedures, including the holding of a Public Hearing, have been followed and the said Bylaw No. 2314 was read a third tine on November 16th, 1987. NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED: THAT no inconsistency can be seen to exist between the amendment to the Official Community Plan proposed to be enacted by Bylaw No. 2314 and the City's most recent Capital Expenditure Program; THAT no ineonsistency can be seen to exist between the amendment to the Official Community Plan proposed to be enacted by Bylaw No. 2314 and the Economic Strategy” that was presented to Council at its meeting of May i3th, 1985; THAT no applicable Waste Management Plan exists for consideration; AND THAT the said Bylaw No. 2314 be reconsidered, finally passed and adopted.
