RECOMMENDATION:

That consideration now be given to the following
resolution which was proposed as a Notice of Motion by
Alderman Stewart at the Counc! ! Meeting of May 25th, 1987:

"That as of July ist, 1988 the City wil! implement the
paying of taxes by monthly instaliments."

BACKGROUND AND COMMENTS:

Alderman Stewart will be verbally providing more
information. .
