SUBJECT: 1986 Bantam Tournament

That the Minor Hockey Association ‘be permitted to host the
Pantam Tournament from March 30th to April 7th, 1986.

That the ice rental for March 3V0th, April lst, 2nd, 3rd,
4th, Sth, 6th and 7th, 1986, be at 50% of the ice rental

costs.

That overnight parking of recreational vehicles, which are
self-contained, be permitted in the area West of the new
arena and North of the court facilities.

That one recreational vehicle be permitted at a location
acceptable to the Parks & Recreation Department.

That the cost for the ice rental for March 31st, 1986, be
at the regular charge for Minor Hockey.

That the City run the concession during the Bantam Tourna-
ment.

That the Bantam Tournament not be permitted to serve similar
food/drink items as that served in the concession operation.

That all charges for room facilities be waived.
