BY-LAW NO. 1875

A Bylaw to amend the “Arrears and Delinquent Taxes Interest
Establishment Bylaw, 1976, No. 1494",

The Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam,
in. open meeting assembled, enacts as follows:

an ‘Section 1 of the “Arrears and Delinquent Taxes Interest Rate Establishment

Bylaw, 1976, No. 1494" is amended by striking out the word "eleven" where

it appears therein and substituting therefor the word "twelve",

2.. Section 2 of the Bylaw is amended by striking out the word "eleven" where
it: appears therein and substituting therefor the word "twelve",

3. This Bylaw may be cited for all purposes as the "Arrears and Delinguent

Taxes Interest Rate Establishment Bylaw, 1976, No. 1494, Amendment Bylaw,

1981, No. 1875",
