RENARES 1. Mr. Alfred Sceppurat of 419 Lakeview Street Coquitlam appeared in court August 8,
: 1980 and pleaded guilty to having an illegal suite at 3243-45 Fox Street, and was

fined $50.00 by Judge S. Romily. Mr. Stepputac stated she would require time until
the end of Septenber to vacate same.

All-Trac Transport Ltd. appeared in Provincial Court on August 11, 1980 and Judge
8. Rouily dismissed the charge stating that under our present City Zoning By-Law
there is no known charge and dismissed same. -

James 0. Dailey to appear in Court October, 14, 1980, trial, untidy and unsightly
