Application has been received from McDonald's Restaurant of Western Canada Ltd.
to amend the Land Use Contract previously approved by Council, to include parcel
315 to the north of McDonald's Restaurant site as an extension of their parking

lot.

This proposal was discussed by the Planning & Zoning Committee on Jime 8 and the
Committee recommends the proposal be approved to proceed to Public Hearing.
