Re: Untidy Property - Brush, Trees and Weeds OCT 20 1975

AS a result of one or two complains received by our By~Law Enforce-
ment Officer last summer it was discovered that our present Untidy Premises
By-law did not precisely fit the situation arising when the property was
untidy by reason of uncut brush, trees, or noxious weeds and our Solicitor was
asked to suggest a form of By-law that would give us better control of these
particular situations and the form of By-law he has suggested is set forth on

the reverse side of this memorandum.
