Dear Sirs,

In November of last yeer we made application
to the Recreztion pepartment for permission to hold
an ice show at the Rec. Center March 11th. The Rec. Dept.
agreed in princirel, however, as additional ice time was
required, the matter was referred to Council who ;

Unfortunetels, a second grour, the Fo, Scouts,
was also booked into the Mebkett Rocm on March ith.

Since tentative anvroval wes evented in Movember,
our Clut has been working on the rrodcuction. We have at
this tire started or corpleted the following:

1. Establishec a show theme and arranged
the shows program.

2. Commenced instruction of 3&0 skaters
taking part.

3- Completed construction of the necessary
props.

4. Made costumes for all skaters.

a. Arranged for organ and organist, special
lighting, procrammes, tickets, publicity, etc.

6. All 130C tickets for both the afternoon
and cvenins performances are sold.

Our Club and our Members have made expenditumes
of approximately $3000.00 on the above items.
