DRAFT RESOLUTION

That the Right-of-Way agreements dated the sixteenth day of April, 1973
between Mutual Development Corporation Ltd., The Corporation of the City of Port
Coquitlam, and Joseph Burnett referring to Lot 182, District Lot 290, Group 1,
Plan 26051, New Westminster District and Right-of-Way Plan No.s 43540 and 43541
and wherein a Right-of-Way is granted to the said City over the said property be
approved;

AND THAT the Mayor and City Clerk be authorized to execute the necessary
documents, plans, or other instruments therefor and to affix the Corporate Seal

thereto.
