Your letter of Yoverber 0, 1976 to Mayor Campbell
was roaferred to thea Leisure Activities Cemlttee for discussion.
The conmittee thoroukhly discussed Cre-.assect of putting in a
fence at the park and find that it would not be feasibla for the

fellowigg reasons:
1. Costs are to prohibativa.

2. Labour oad matezisl for the fence alen- would
be in tha neighborhood of $6,000.00.

3. Extyva Labour required for head cutting grase
ground tue fence would add an additional financial
burden for arniual maintenance.

4. Cost of replacing the post holes annually would
be an added cupensa.

As to your second paragraph in regard to the eondibion of
the park, the aormittee wishes to point out that they ctrong nly
disagree that Agiie Park is in poor sucpa. Nanay taxpayer dollars
have been spent on this park dn recent yoars to uperade the diarond.
Furtherzore, we have received no other complaints foon any of the o

other users of the diarond.
