pliers was handed a stiff fine
Friday for his part in conspiring
to import 50 pounds of high-
grade Thai marijuana,

Robert Neil Erb was sentenc-
ed to one day in jail, fined
$12,000 and ordered to forfeit a:
1988 truck worth $28,000,
