(3) A ā€œCā€ Licence may be issued to cabarets primarily engaged in providing entertainment, (a) (5) and the following general regulations apply: All types of liquor may be sold, subject to a limitation by the general manager in the licence. ’ . ; The hours of sale shall be between 7 p.m. and 2 a.m. on the follow- ing day, subject to limitation by the general manager in the licence. All persons shall be out of the licensed establishment within one-half hour after the establishment is closed. No minors other than entertainers shall be permitted on the premises unless otherwise approved by the general manager under section 23 (2). The establishment shail remain closed between the hour prescribed ā€˜ for closing Saturday or early Sunday until the hour prescribed for the opening of business on the following Monday. The licensed establishment shall provide entertainment and a dance- floor area of not less than 20 per cent of the licensed establishment. Seating shall be provided for a minimum of 100 persons and a maximum of 225 persons in accordance with the Fire Marshal Act. Unless exempted by the general manager, hot foods, Wrapped sand- wiches, snacks, hot beverages, soit drinks, fruit and vegetable juices shall be available at a reasonable Price to the customers. The licensed establishment shall not locate within one-half mile of a main or secondary highway, except as approved by the general manager .
