Bylaws considered at Pablic Houring Earlier This Evening:

The following Bylaw considered at a Public Hearing heid earlier this evening, is now available
for third reading:

Official Community Plan Amendment Bylaw No. 2874
Zoning Amendment Bylaw No. 2875

Council policy requires the Clerk to bring the availability of this bylaw for third reading to the
attention of the Council at this time. The Council may now decide whether it wishes to give
third reading imrnediately or delay it until the next meeting so that any representations made at

the hearing can be fully considered. .

In order to preserve the judicial nature of the procedure it is not possible for further
representations from the public to be received now that the Public Hearing has been adjourned.
