From the City Planner, September 8th, 1993 regarding Development Variance Permit Application No. 53/93 and Rezoning Application No. 54/93 for 2465 Glenwood Avenue. Moved by Councillor Wright: Seconded by Councillor Gordon: That Development Variance Permit Application No. 53/93 and Rezoning Application No. 94/93 for 2465 Glenwood Avenue be approved to proceed for rezoning from RS-1 (Large Lot Residential) to RT-1 (Two Family Residential) under Section 963 of the Municipal Act Subject To: a) Completion of a design to the satisfaction of the Director of Planning; b) Satisfaction of Building Deparment requirements at the time of building permit; c) The project being subject to the 1993 rates for Development Costs Charges; d) Registration of a Restrictive Covenant on the properties to prevent new buildings from being converted to contain secondary suites;and e) Satisfaction of Fire Department requirements for sufficient water supply prior to construction; and f) Issuance of Development Variance Permit 53/93. That council pass a resolution authorizing the Planning Department: to prepare Development Variance Permit 53/93 under Section 974 of the Municipal Act; and That the Mayor and Clerk be authorized to sign the documents when completed.
