A Bylaw to amend the "Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1987, No. 2240"

The Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam, in open meeting
assembled, enacts as follows:

1. Those certain parcels of land situated in Port Coquitlam, British Columbia which are more
particularly described as:

Lot 7 Except: West 10.5 fi.(Pl. 6287) Lot 8 Except: West 10.5 ft.(Pl. 6287)

are hereby rezoned from RS-1 (Large Lot Residential) to P-1 (Public Institutional) and the
Zoning Map of the "Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1987, No. 2240" is hereby amended to
reflect this rezoning.

This Bylaw may be cited for all purposes as "Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1987, No.
2240, Amendment Bylaw, 1992, No. 2745". “

Read a first time by the Municipal Council this 14th day of December, 1992.

Read a second time by the Municipal Council this 14th day of December, 1992.

Public Hearing held this {1th day of January, 1993.
