A Bylaw to impose fees for providing information
pursuant to the Municipal Act R.S.B .C. 1979, c.290.

NOW THEREFORE the Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam, in

open meeting assembled, enacts as follows:

1. Upon payment of the established fee, the following shall be available:

$2.00 per copy
No Fee for copies provided as part of Annual
Tax Billings

flat fee charge of $500.00.

$500.00 fee plus
$80.00 per additional lot.

2. This Bylaw may be cited for all purposes as the "Fee Setting Bylaw, 1993, No. 2770".
