Rogen allan’ Li iislisha edad baod Dae POWERS OF THE BUILDING INSPECTOR Bol, A Building Inspectors §.1.1. may enter any land, building or premises at any reasonable time for the purpose of ascertaining that the regulations of this Bylaw are being observed? where any vesidence is occupied, shall obtain the consent of the occupant or provide written notice twenty-four hours in advance of entry? 5.1.3. shall carry proper credentials confirming his or her status as a Building Inspector. A Building Inspector may revoke or refuse to igeue a parmit where the results of teats of materials, devices, construction methods, structural assemblies or foundation conditions are not satisfactory. A Building Inspector may order the correction of any work which is being or has been improperly done under a permit. Every person shall apply for and obtain: 6.1.1. a building permit before constructing, repairing or altering a building or structure; 5.1.2, a plumbing permit before installing, repairing or altering any plumbing and similar works as set out in Section 3.2; 6.1.3. a demolition permit before demolishing a building; 6.41.4. a building moving permit before moving a building to any property; 6.1.5. a sign permit before constructing or placing a sign regulated by the Sign Bylaw.
