CITY OF PORT CQQUTTLAM

PROPERTY FOR SALE

The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam proposes to sell by public
tender Lot "A", Block 25, District Lota 170 and 289, Group One, Plan xxxx, New
Westminster District, Port Coquitlam, B.C., being approximately 0.7591 ha

(1.87 acres) Jocated on the north side of the 2300 Bloek Pitt River Road and

the east side of Rowland Street; and will consider proposals for its rezoning
