Kingsway PRY - Beedie Subdivision

Please review the attached letter from Hunter Liard Engineering Ltd. dated March 5, 1992
regarding City reirmbursement for the proposed developer installed PRV on Kingsway, east of
the Mary Hill Bypass and make a report to me for presentation to the Public Works Committee
prior to March 23, 1992.

In the report please attach a sketch showing the location of the PRV plus the section from the
Water DCC Bylaw background information indicating that the Kingsway PRV is included in the
City DCC Capital Projects.

This report will be used as a basis for forming an agreement between the City and the Beedie
Group for cost sharing and the installation of the PRV.
