‘That the Council authorize His Worship, the Mayor to send the attached letter to residents in the
Woodland area for information purposes.

The Public Works Committee noted thai not all of the residents in the Woodland area are aware

~ of the background to the Kitchener realignment or of some of the proposed improvements which
_would help improve traffic problems.

The Public Works Committee therefore recormmends that Council send the attached letter to the

residents in the Woodland area.
