Where meters are The oroocervy ot the City monthly rentals for meters at The

rendered on a Two (2) monTns basis and shall be oayable at the same time in which
the said rates for water become due and payable, and shal! be eligible for a 10¢

discount on any amounts pala orior to the exoiration of two months after each due
