The consultant will meet with the Task Group initially to ensure that there is clear understanding of the project and then subsequently each month of the project to: * Discuss cost and progress to date. * Review drafts of each specification. It is intended that each draft will be forwarded to the BC Road Builders for their comment. The Consultant will seek guidance from municipalities and other consultants as he sees fit.
