The owner be required to obtain a Building Permit for the proposed

improvements on his property.

That the depth of any footing supporting structural columns be no
shallower than the elevation of the top of the sewer pipe located in
the right-of-way.

Run-International Global Relay.

That a letter be forwarded to the Ministry of Highways with coples to
the Municipalities of Maple Ridge, Pitt Meadows, Coquitlam and
Burnaby advising them of the City's concerns as follows:

a. The proposed use of the Lougheed Highway is between the hours
of 1230 and 1800 hours. This time period should be advanced
such that it will not coincide with the peak PM rush hour
traffic.

The organizers of the Run should be required to provide their
own ambulance services such that the regular ambulance
service can be held in reserve to respond to local neeas.
