SUBJECT: Sale of City Property - 3400 Block Coast Meridian Road

RECOMMENDATION

“WHEREAS the lands hereinafter described are not required for municipal
purposes nor are they reserved or dedicated;

NOW THEREFORE be it resolved that:

1,

Lot “A" (Bylaw Plan 67755), District Lot 479, Group One, Plan 2145,
New Westminster District, (located in the 3400 Block Coast Meridian
Road) be sold to Fisby Bink Development Co. Ltd., 9920 Rathburn Drive,
Burnaby, B.C., at or for the price or sum of $30,500.00.

The adjustment date be August 31st, 1988 or earlier.
The possession date be August 31st, 1988 or eariter.
The Mayor and Clerk are authorized to execute the documents necessary

for the purpose aforesaid and to affix the Corporate Seal of the vity
thereto.”

Background and Comments:

The offer to purchase this lot is made under the terms and conditions
established by the Council at its meeting of June 13th, 1988. This was the
only offer received.
