COMMENTS:

This application is to construct a show home beside the Citadel 7 :
Entry. feature. Initially, land for the entry feature was part. —
of this lot, but was made part of Citadel Drive right of way.
Because of the entry feature being on road right of way the
additional setback requirement. is imposed. The practical. .
setback for the house from Citadel Drive is the sideyard plus a i
