A regular meeting of the Municipal Council of The Corporation of the
City of Port Coquitlam was held in the Council Chamber, Port Coquitlam
City Hall on Monday, September 29th, 1986 at 7:30 p.m,

His Worship Mayor L.M. Traboulay, Aldermen M.C. Farnworth, M.D.
Gates, G.R. Laking, J.J. Keryluk, W.W. Stewart and M.R. Wright in
attendance,

Also in attendance were City Administrator B.R. Kirk, City Clerk R.A.
Freeman, Director of Community Planning W.A. Brown and Parks & Recreation
Director K.J. Taylor.

That the minutes of the Regular Counci! Meeting held on September
22nd, 1986, be taken as read and adopted.

His Worship Mayor L.M. Traboulay introduced Mr. T.S. Annandale, and

Mr. Mike Barnes of Toby, Russell Buckwell & Partners who then made a
presentation to Council regarding Port Coquitiam City Hall proposed
renovations and future expansion.

Moved by Alderman Laking:
seconded by Alderman Keryliuk:

That the Mayor and City Clerk be authorized on behalf of the City of
Port Coquitlam to execute the Client/Architect Agreement between the City
of Port Coquitlam and Toby Russel! Buckwel! and Partners, Architects, for
preparation of working drawings for renovations and additions to City
Hall as provided for in the attached Agreement;

AND THAT the cost for working drawings be a maxlmum of $102,000.00
and be based on the present conceptual plan. In the event a change to
the conceptual plan is made additional funds will be required."

Alderman Gates introduced a Bylaw to authorize the expenditure of

monies in the Tax Sale Lands Reserve Fund,
