SUBJECT: Appointment of Bylaw Enforcement Officer

RECOMMENDATION:

That Council give consideration to passage of the following
resolution:

"That the resolution passed by this Council on July 7th, 1986
wherein Donald John Bunker was appointed a Bylaw Enforcement
Officer be and the same is hereby rescinded; |

AND THAT pursuant to the provisions of the "Bylaw Enforcement:
Officer Bylaw, 1984, No. 2063" Tracy Ann Giiltespie be and she
is hereby appointed Bylaw Enforcement Officer for the City of
Port Coquitiam effective July 28th, 1986."

BACKGROUND AND COMMENTS:

After only a very short time on the job Mr. Bunker decided that
he would prefer returning to his former position as is
permitted under the terms of the Collective Agreement.
Accordingly, Council's approval of the appointment of Ms.
Gillespie Is requested. °
