WHEREAS pursuant to Clause (b) of Subsection (i) of Section 57B of the "Municipal Act", being Chapter 290 of the Revised Statutes of British Columbia, 1979, the Municipal Council may by bylaw stop up and close to traffic a highway: or any. portion of a highway; “AND WHEREAS the Municipal Council! of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitiam deems it desirable and expedient that certain portions of highway - hereinafter described be stopped up and closed to traffic; NOW THEREFORE the Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City, of Port Coquitlam, in open meeting assembled, enacts as follows: All that portion of Road in ‘District.
