‘A Bylaw to amend the "City of Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw,

The Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of
Port Coquitlam in open meeting assembled, enacts as Follows:

l. ‘Those certain parcels of land Situated in Port
Coquitlam, British Columbia which are more particularly
described as: .

Lots 1,2,;3,4,5, and 6
Block 26 _—
District Lot 464.

Group One

New Westminster District.

are hereby rezoned from RS-1 to P-2 and the Zoning Map of "The

Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1979,

- No. 1651" is hereby amended to reflect this rezoning.

"City of Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1979, No. 1651, Amendment
Bylaw, 1982, No. 1923". 3. oe

Bylaw No. 1923: to rezone those certain parcels of land situated
in Port Coquitlam, British Columbia which are more particularly

described as Lot 1,2,3,4,5, and 6, District Lot 464, Block 26,
Group One, Plan 2104, New Westminster District, from RS-1 to P-2.

This property is located at 3170~3180 Flint Street (east side of
‘Flint Street just south of Prairie Avenue and it is expected that
the Evangelical Free Church will be constructing a larger church
on the site than that presently existing following completion of

the rezoning procedures.
